Legal Terms

Unsupported Routes: The routes are unsupported, with only limited support available at the basecamp. Outside of the basecamp, the organization provides no medical or technical assistance.
Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in the activity, including, but not limited to, crashes, collisions with pedestrians, vehicles, other participants, surface hazards, equipment failure, weather conditions, and the use of equipment provided by either Le Pilgrimage or the participant.
Responsibility: Participants assume full responsibility for their actions during the event. Le Pilgrimage does not accept liability for participant actions or their consequences.
Insurance: Each participant is responsible for securing their own insurance for the event. Any accident or injury caused by a participant is the participant's full responsibility.
Liability Waiver: Before the event, participants will be asked to sign a "participant agreement" containing a liability waiver and release form.

Cancellation Terms

Refund Policy
In case of cancellation, the following refunds apply:
- More than 90 days before the start: 60% refund
- 60–90 days before the start: 30% refund
- 30–60 days before the start: 15% refund
- Less than 30 days before the start: NO refund
Ticket Resale Option
In case of cancellation, Le Pilgrimage offers the possibility to resell your ticket via the Ticket Atleta platform. Tickets are transferable up to one week prior to the event. Through the resale module on the Le Pilgrimage ticket platform, participants can offer their tickets for resale and other interested participants can purchase them.
Cancellation Validity
Cancellations are considered valid from the moment the organizers receive an email notification. Participants are strongly advised to secure travel and cancellation insurance to cover unexpected costs.

GPS Tracker Terms

Responsibility: A Queclink rental tracker will be provided at the start of Le Pilgrimage. Participants are responsible for operating and returning the tracker in working condition to the organization at the finish.
Fees for Loss or Damage: If the tracker is lost, damaged, or stolen, a €150 replacement fee (ex. VAT) will be charged. Late returns are subject to a fee of €25 (ex. VAT) per week, beginning one week after the event finish.
Tracking Liability: Participants agree that tracking is for entertainment purposes only.
