Le Pilgrimage Gravel 2026: Sharing the Journey
For the fourth time, about fifty pilgrims gather in Puy-Saint-Vincent from about ten different countries to enjoy some of the best food, trails and company the Écrins area has to offer. Cementing its position as a unique event, Le Pilgrimage was sold out within 24 hours. What makes this event hit different is the combination of quite brutal and challenging rides during the day and the comfort of mountain hotel Saint Roch.
Le Pilgrimage Gravel 2025: Beautifully Brutal
While cold and wet pilgrims huddled in fleece blankets around a small fire in the abandoned Fort de l’Olive, organisers Simon and Cyril looked at each other with a fleeting reflection: had we pushed them too far? These were the fastest riders. If even they arrived trembling and soaked, what about those still out on the mountain?
Le Pilgrimage: A Journey of Gravel, Grit, and Camaraderie
The second edition of Le Pilgrimage challenged 40 riders with a 461 km journey through the French and Italian Alps, blending alpine adventure with the comfort of Chalet AlpeLune.
